Components
- Six lemons
- 1.25 liters of water
- 1 cup (tea) of strawberries (150 g)
- 1 tea cup of blackberries (120 g)
- 1 tea cup of raspberries (130 g)
- Half a tea cup of sugar
- ice cubes as desired
Setup phase
- Rinse the fruits thoroughly under running water and remove the strawberry leaves.
- In a bowl, combine the strawberries, raspberries, and mulberries with the sugar, stirring until they begin to release their juices. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap (or a plate) and let it sit for approximately 45 minutes to allow the fruits to macerate in the sugar. Meanwhile, prepare the lemon juice.
- Remove the lemon peels, ensuring all the white pith is taken off as it makes the juice bitter. Place the pulp in a blender, add water and some ice, and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a sieve into a jar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve, put roughly 2 spoons of the macerated fruit at the base of a glass, add ice cubes as desired, and top it off with lemonade. Serve immediately.
