Pinkade

Components
  • Six lemons
  • 1.25 liters of water
  • 1 cup (tea) of strawberries (150 g)
  • 1 tea cup of blackberries (120 g)
  • 1 tea cup of raspberries (130 g)
  • Half a tea cup of sugar
  • ice cubes as desired
Setup phase
  1. Rinse the fruits thoroughly under running water and remove the strawberry leaves.
  1. In a bowl, combine the strawberries, raspberries, and mulberries with the sugar, stirring until they begin to release their juices. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap (or a plate) and let it sit for approximately 45 minutes to allow the fruits to macerate in the sugar. Meanwhile, prepare the lemon juice.
  2. Remove the lemon peels, ensuring all the white pith is taken off as it makes the juice bitter. Place the pulp in a blender, add water and some ice, and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a sieve into a jar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. To serve, put roughly 2 spoons of the macerated fruit at the base of a glass, add ice cubes as desired, and top it off with lemonade. Serve immediately.
Suitable for both kids and adults
