Components
  • Half a bunch of salt (approximately 8 stalks)
  • 1 cup (tea) of cheese cut into small cubes (approximately 150 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • lemon peel pieces
  • Add salt and ground pepper gradually, adjusting to your preference.
Ready state
  1. Set the oven to 200 °C (medium heat) and allow it to warm up.
  1. Remove the leaves, rinse, dry, and chop the salt stalks into medium-sized squares of approximately 2 cm.
  2. On a standard baking sheet, arrange the salt pieces, water combined with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cheese cubes and stir, ensuring everything is evenly distributed across the entire bottom of the sheet.
  3. Place the dish in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes until the salt becomes tender and the cheese turns golden. Take the baking tray out of the oven, garnish with lemon zest, and serve immediately.
